The Terezín Memorial Library

The Library of the Terezín Memorial is a special reference library. Its literature fund focuses on the history of World War II, occupation, inland and foreign resistance, establishment and development of concentration camps throughout Czech lands and abroad and persecution of Jews during the Holocaust. Particular attention is paid to specialist literature on the history of the police prison in the Terezín Small Fortress, the Terezín Ghetto, and the concentration camp in Litoměřice, as well as the published memoirs of former prisoners and witnesses of this tragic time of our history. The bibliography of new books is regularly published in the Terezín Yearbook.
