BY CAR
Terezín is about five minutes away from the D8 highway. It is best to take exit number 35 or 45. Both from the direction of Prague and from the north of Ústí nad Labem, it is approximately a 45-minute drive.
If you want to start your visit with a tour of the Small Fortress, you can park in the large parking lot in front of the Small Fortress (Google Maps).
If you want to start your visit with a tour of the Ghetto Museum or the Magdeburg Barracks, use the parking lot at the Information Center of the city of Terezín (Google Maps) or at the Crematorium (Google Maps).

BY BUS
There is a direct bus line No. 413 from Prague to Terezín from Praha, Letnany station (metro station on line C), from platform L.

If you want to start your visit with a tour of the Small Fortress, get off at the "Terezín, U pámátníku" stop.
If you want to start your visit with a tour of the Ghetto Museum, get off at the "Terezín, Autobusové nádraží" stop.
BY TRAIN
There is no direct train connection to Terezín. The nearest train stops are in Bohušovice nad Ohří and Litoměřice, from where you can continue to us by bus or on foot. Both journeys take around 40 minutes.

BY BIKE
Terezín is located right on several cycle paths near the Labská stezka. Cycle path No. 6 from Budyn nad Ohří to Litoměřice passes through the fortress from south to north (cycle path HERE), from the east it is connected to it in Terezín by path No. 3102 (newly 2A - cycle path HERE) from the ferry in Nučničky. If you want to avoid the crowds, we recommend getting off the main Elbe trail and driving along the left bank of the Elbe. You can find more about the Elbe Trail HERE.
Bike racks are located behind the entrance gate of the Small Fortress, in front of the Ghetto Museum building and in the courtyard of the Magdeburg Barracks.
