  • The right of access to personal data means that Holocaust survivor shall have the right to obtain from the data controller – the Terezín Memorial – confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, what kind of data are involved and how they are being processed. Holocaust survivor shall also have the right to obtain from the controller – the Terezín Memorial – at his or her own request and without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Holocaust survivor shall have the right to have his or her incomplete personal data completed at any time.

  • In specific cases, Holocaust survivor shall have the right to obtain from the controller – the Terezín Memorial – restriction of processing of his or her personal data.
  • The right to data portability gives Holocaust survivor the possibility to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a commonly used and machine-readable format. He or she can subsequently transmit those data to another controller or ask for those personal data to be transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.
  • Holocaust survivor shall have the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data directly in the Terezín Memorial or the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad na ochranu osobních údajů).
